Known for her signature DÚO technique of seamlessly blending hair extensions with expert color, Lilybeth Vargas is a sought-after colorist and master of hand-tied extensions in New York City. Her craft is built on years of advanced training with some of the industry’s most elite artists, including one-on-one mentorship with celebrity colorist Louis Licari, and international experience as a VIP colorist in Qatar.
During her time at Licari’s renowned Fifth Avenue salon, Lilybeth refined her eye for sophisticated, dimensional color, which opened doors to opportunities in television and fashion. She contributed to the Today Show’s “Ambush Makeover” segment, appeared on The Rachael Ray Show, and collaborated with Soho’s acclaimed Cutler Salon across multiple seasons of New York Fashion Week.

Born and raised in upstate New York, Nikki discovered her passion for hair early on and knew it would shape her future. She moved to New York City to begin her career and spent the next seven years honing her craft alongside some of the industry’s most talented colorists, including Louis Licari at his prestigious Fifth Avenue salon.
In 2019, Nikki brought her expertise to Westchester, New York, where she has continued to provide exceptional color services. Driven by a love for her craft and a dedication to constant growth, she is returning to her roots in New York City to join DÚO, where she brings her artistry and passion for creating beautiful, confidence-boosting color.

Ashley is a third-generation hairstylist with seven years of professional experience and a lifelong passion for her craft. She began her training at the renowned Arrojo Cosmetology School in 2015 and went on to refine her color expertise with the acclaimed Eva Scrivo salons.
Following the pandemic, Ashley transitioned to offering personalized services in a private studio setting, where she developed a reputation for her artistry and attention to detail. She specializes in dimensional color, silk press straightening, and flawless round-brush blowouts, creating polished, confidence-boosting looks for every client.
