Yes. All first-time guests must schedule an in-person consultation before their initial install appointment. During this visit, your stylist will evaluate your natural hair health and density, determine how many rows or tracks you’ll need, measure the length required to achieve your desired look, and perform a precise color match so the extensions blend seamlessly.

We’ll also review pricing, hair ordering, maintenance schedules, and answer any questions to ensure your new extensions look and feel natural while protecting the integrity of your hair.

Each stylist’s pricing reflects experience and training level (e.g., Lily, Nikki, Jackie).

Install includes placement, blending cut, and style. Hair cost is separate unless otherwise noted.

A quick maintenance service (typically 4 weeks after install) to move rows back toward the scalp as your hair grows.

Installs range from 2–4 hours depending on rows; slide ups are usually 45–90 minutes.

Most clients return every 6–8 weeks for a reinstall or every 4 weeks for a slide up if needed.

Yes — we recommend sulfate-free shampoo, gentle detangling, and heat protectant when styling.

Professional extension-safe shampoo/conditioner and lightweight oils. Avoid heavy silicones or proteins. We have a bunch of products and brands we recommend for you here.

We safely remove and refresh your rows to protect your natural hair.

We strongly advise professional removal to avoid breakage.

Cancellations accepted up to 36 hours before the scheduled service. Within 36 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost.
