Do’s

• Light wash 24 hrs after treatment
  
• Use Sulfate-Free and Sodium Chloride shampoo and conditioner
  
• Use a deep conditioning mask as recommended by stylist to maintain hair hydration
  
• Always apply heat protectant before using hot tools
  
• Use a silk pillowcase or bonnet to reduce friction while sleeping

Don'ts

• Avoid heavy sweating, saunas or hot yoga the first week after treatment
  
• If using clips or tight ponytails wait at least 24 hrs
  
• Avoid using heavy oils and protein-based products as they can interfere with the treatment
  
• Avoid chlorine and saltwater, rinse immediately if exposed
  
• Avoid using too much hot tools (curling irons, flat iron) use at a low temp under 350°F
